Both temporary and permanent visa options available for those who have an occupation on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) or the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) and want to live and work in Australia both temporarily and permanently.

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

​

• must have an occupation on one of the lists (qualification and/or work experience required)

• must have obtained an English proficiency test (IELTS, PTE Academic, CAE, OET or TOEFL)

• must have an eligible employer willing to sponsor you in the nominated occupation.

 

WHAT THIS VISA ALLOWS YOU TO DO:

• work for your sponsoring employer in your nominated occupation in Australia

• bring your family members (spouse and children) with you to Australia

• your children can enrol at an Australian Government School.
