Both temporary and permanent visa options available for those who have an occupation on the Medium and Long-term Strategic Skills List (MLTSSL) and the Short-term Skilled Occupation List (STSOL) and want to live and work in Australia permanently.

WHAT THIS VISA ALLOWS YOU TO DO:

• live in Australia

• full work rights

• bring your family (partner and children with you)

• access to Australia’s publicly funded universal health-care system (Medicare)

• children are eligible for access to Australian Government schools (both primary and high school)

• if eligible, the ability to apply for Australian citizenship.

 

VISA REQUIREMENTS:

• valid skills assessment for your nominated occupation (both for qualification and work experience, if required)

• required English language proficiency score

• other requirements, depending on your circumstances.
