Cancellation Policy
Additional Terms • Consultations take place only by prior appointment and after payment has been received • Cancellation with refund is available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the consultation, or at least 12 hours before in case of illness • In the event of non-attendance, the consultation fee is non-refundable • Information provided during the consultation is based on the information available at the time of the consultation • The consultation does not guarantee visa approval
